The role partners with business development and design professionals to showcase project expertise, drive growth, and strengthen market presence through thoughtful storytelling and strong proposal support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic/Commercial Design, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
• Experience creating content while maintaining brand standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative approach and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with annual plans.
• Develop brand-aligned content for digital platforms and materials.
• Tell stories of projects, design expertise, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with design, business development, communications, and graphics teams to create marketing materials.
• Support proposals and interview/presentation deliverables to deadlines.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, social media, and external communications.
• Maintain project information, photos, and employee bios in internal databases.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Build relationships with client marketing contacts and industry partners.
• Participate in local events, associations, and industry activities; manage multiple projects.
