Qualifications

• Strategic marketing plans for architectural or professional services.
• Lead content creation, digital campaigns, social media, and storytelling.
• Support proposals, presentations, interviews, and business development marketing.
• Maintain databases, staff bios, and brand assets with high accuracy.
• 3–5 years in marketing communications within professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related AEC field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Microsoft Office suite mastery (PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, organization, and time management.
• Strong critical thinking, self-motivation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing tactics aligned with the studio calendar and external plan.
• Develop on-brand content for websites, digital campaigns, and social platforms (3–5 posts/week).
• Support proposals, presentations, and client interview materials; assist business development.
• Collaborate with design, digital, BD, and leadership to promote work and thought leadership.
• Maintain project photography, staff bios, marketing content, and database accuracy.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations.
