Job summary

MG2 Corporation in Seattle, WA is seeking an Architectural Junior Project Manager to join our Client Programs Market team. You will oversee the development and execution of architectural construction documents, coordinate with outside consultants, and guide internal teams through all design phases.

You will collaborate with design staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents and ensure compliance with jurisdictional and client standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 6+ years of professional architecture/design firm experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Ensure completeness of work in alignment with project contract and design intent, maintaining MG2 quality standards.
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies, coordinating with AHJ representatives.
• Provide administrative support for project teams (agendas, minutes, trackers, logs, reports).
• Assist with project specifications and QA/QC reviews of deliverables.
• Coordinate submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs; manage site submittal processes.
• Support construction administration through site visits and field reports.
