Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Staff (Level 2) to join the Client Programs Market team in Seattle, WA. You’ll develop architectural construction documents, collaborate with outside consultants, and guide internal teams through design with a national reach and global impact.

You’ll support construction administration, QA/QC, and close‑out activities, contributing to high‑quality deliverables and successful project outcomes across varied programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional architecture or design firm experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating construction documents and admin tasks.
• Strong reading/writing English for communications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including drawings, specs, exhibits, and surveys.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external consultants to align with design intent and programmatic guidelines.
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination.
• Provide administrative support: agendas, minutes, trackers, RFIs, submittals, reports.
• Assist with project specifications aligned to scope and contract deliverables.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables and consultant documents.
• Coordinate submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs.
• Contribute to construction administration: site visits, field reports, and responses.
• Produce timely work in line with project schedules and budgets.
