Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Seattle, WA. You will lead project teams through all design and delivery phases, managing contracts, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while upholding MG2’s design excellence.

You will drive project performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee construction administration activities to ensure successful outcomes. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License/certification as a professional architect preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for project communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed project charters and QA/QC plans for project work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and conduct mid-period reviews with leads.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Participate in Quality Control procedures for project deliverables.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities, including RFI and Submittal logs and OAC attendance.
• Conduct post-construction debriefs to drive service improvements.
• Manage project closeout procedures aligned with contracts.
• Leadership of internal/external resources to maintain quality and profitability.
