Job summary

MG2 Design, Seattle, WA, seeks an Architectural Staff (Level 2) to join our Client Programs Market. You will develop and execute architectural construction documents, coordinate with outside consultants, and guide internal project teams through every step of the design process.

You will support construction administration, close-out efforts, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and excellence on national-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of professional architecture/design firm experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools (Bluebeam, Miro, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables per project contract and design intent.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams during the design process.
• Generate code research, AHJ coordination, and pre-submittal activities.
• Support QA/QC reviews, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration.
