Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Architectural Junior Project Manager to join the Client Programs Market team. You will oversee development and execution of architectural construction documents and coordinate with outside consultants throughout all design phases.

Responsibilities include QA/QC, project coordination with partners, submittals and site visits, plus managing project records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents; site and design coordination.
• Experience in construction administration including RFI / submittal review and project close-out.
• Strong English reading/writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure completeness of work in line with contract/design intent and MG2 standards.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external consultants across all design phases.
• Coordinate submittals and site coordination with AHJ and project partners.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of deliverables and coordination documents.
• Assist with project documentation, logs, meetings, and reports.
• Support construction administration activities including site visits and field reports.
