In-office role with territory travel across St. Louis and Southern Illinois; you’ll own the end-to-end process from first conversation to project award, delivering innovative interior solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience selling within construction, architecture, commercial interiors, or building systems preferred.
• Proven ability to generate demand, influence specifications, and advance opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build, manage, and grow relationships with architects, designers, owners, general contractors, brokers, and other industry partners.
• Actively sell product lines by identifying, developing, and driving opportunities through the sales process.
• Represent innovative interior solutions in meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and industry events.
• Own opportunity development from early influence through specification, pricing support, and project pursuit, collaborating with internal teams to move work forward.
• Develop strong subject-matter knowledge across product offerings and articulate their value to key decision-makers.
