Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a customer-focused estimator/customer service representative. You will handle price quotes, product availability, orders, changes, and cancellations while reading architectural drawings to measure custom glass orders.

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with AS400 and GlazierPro is preferred. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and learn estimating software to produce accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line)
• Read and understand drawings showing measurements of custom glass orders
• Understand the glass and hardware product lines
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Learn computer software estimating programs to prepare estimates

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, fax and email) for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, product information, order changes, and cancellations
• Quickly and professionally resolve customer complaints and problems
• Understand the glass and hardware product lines
• Read and understand drawings showing measurements of custom glass orders
• Utilize AS400 and CR Laurence GlazierPro computer programs
• Generate pricing quotes in a timely manner
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Sustain a working technical knowledge of all available products
• Perform other duties as assigned
