Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Danville, IN, is seeking a Shower Door Coordinator to handle price quotations, product availability, and customer orders via phone, fax, and email. You will interpret architectural drawings and read specifications to generate accurate estimates and quotes, while building strong relationships with customers and maintaining a high level of service.

You should be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and willing to learn estimating software.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing directly with customers (front-line)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Willing to learn computer software estimating programs
• Well-organized and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, product information, order changes, and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and professionally
• Read and understand drawings showing measurements of custom glass orders
• Generate pricing quotes in a timely manner
• Maintain strong customer relationships and sustain technical knowledge of products
• Perform other duties as assigned
