Job summary

Sierra Pacific Windows is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and surrounding markets. You will build relationships with architects, firms, and key accounts, presenting our products and specifications to drive awareness and sales.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the region. A background in fenestration is a plus; residence in the covered markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related field experience.
• Strong presenters, negotiators, and self-starters.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, and proven team player.
• Fenestration product knowledge preferred.
• Relationships in the local architectural community a plus.
• Excellent computer and mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Architects, Architectural Firms and key accounts.
• Conduct product and AIA accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications with objective of increased sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Use bid search tools and CRM as directed by management.
• Travel is required.
