Cuhaci Peterson Architects in Orlando is seeking an Architectural Designer III to lead the design and production of construction documents under supervision. You’ll set up and coordinate documents, ensuring compliance with codes and standards while guiding junior staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 8+ years in an architectural firm, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT, strong communication, and the ability to run projects with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of architectural firm/field experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT; strong understanding of codes.

Responsibilities

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget.
• Delegate, review, manage and accept responsibility for work of team members.
• Manage permitting process and respond to comments for architecture and consultants.
• Assist in providing Construction Administration Services.
• Resolve technical issues and maintain CP standards and QC.
