Job summary

You will contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination efforts while applying established architectural principles and techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural design and documentation
• Strong knowledge of design development and coordination
• Ability to develop construction documents and specifications

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced architectural concepts to develop quality design solutions
• Prepare drawings and construction documents per standards and codes
• Utilize design software to develop drawings, models, and visualizations for project deliverables
• Coordinate architectural specifications with construction documents and technical requirements
• Conduct code research to inform design decisions and documentation
• Support meetings and documentation, and track follow-up tasks
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to ongoing professional growth
