Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking an Architectural Designer III to independently deliver complex architectural assignments and provide technical leadership. You will coordinate with project teams to develop drawings, specs, and visualizations, while ensuring code compliance and design quality. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required or equivalent.
• Progressive experience on large-scale projects and leadership capability.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, codes and sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design on architectural projects of medium to large size.
• Coordinate with teams to develop drawings, specs, and visualizations.
• Present technical and design solutions to clients.
• Ensure quality control and compliance across design phases.
