Job summary

Gensler Newport Beach is seeking a mid-level designer to collaborate with a team of architects and interior designers to develop ambitious design concepts and advance projects through all phases of delivery toward licensure.

You will translate ideas into 3D models and drawings, use Revit and other tools, and contribute to education, healthcare and commercial projects while embracing curiosity, creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Architecture degree program with licensure in progress.
• 5+ years of related project experience.
• Strong conceptual 3D thinking and graphic presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on conceptual designs, presentations and drawing sets.
• Create compelling drawings, 3D models and renderings.
• Use AI tools for renderings, video, data analysis and presentations.
• Develop in-house workflows for analysis, modeling, drawing and collaboration.
• Learn and use Revit on project teams.
• Contribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programs.
