Gensler is seeking a Junior Designer for our Tampa office to help translate sketches into 2D/3D models and develop design solutions for core, shell, and interior architecture projects.

You will collaborate with Interior Designers, Project Architects, and Project Managers to meet milestones, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and create compelling 3D renderings and drawings while supporting in the construction documentation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on base building, interior architecture and interior design projects including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and managing budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Architects and Project Managers on delivery of project milestones.
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, consultants, and fabricators to meet project objectives.
• Produce graphic presentations including 3D renderings and construction drawings.
• Contribute to plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections for construction.
• Provide technical documentation during all phases of project work.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships.
