COAR Design Group in San Diego, CA is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our office and contribute to design development and construction documents.

You will work closely with the project team to produce Revit drawings, develop construction documents, and support multiple projects from concept through documentation, with BIM capabilities and client communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced design environment.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

• Participate in multiple concurrent projects from start to finish during design development and construction documents phases.

Responsibilities:

The Designer works closely with the internal project team to create design and construction documents.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to function comfortably, gain trust, confidence, and deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants, contractors, vendors, and the COAR team
• Working experience/proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
• Well organized and efficient in completing tasks

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.

This position is primarily based in an office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
