Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Project Architects and Project Managers with all aspects of project development and delivery
  • Lead all phases of work on smaller architecture projects with limited oversight from senior staff
  • Work collaboratively to develop the project vision and prepare complete drawing sets
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to an unparalleled client experience
  • Play an active role in construction phase services with oversight from senior staff
  • Produce work according to project timelines and delivery strategies

Job Description: We are seeking a Project Architect who is passionate about design and its influence on the world. Candidates should be licensed with proven success working in teams, engaging with consultants, and delivering exceptional work. Experience working directly with project owners is optional, but preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who blends creative capacity with technical skill to support project design and delivery. Candidates should be able to think critically, contribute to design direction, and help move projects forward through the design, permitting, and construction phases. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment and is energized by shaping ideas, elevating team performance, and delivering high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Project Architects and Project Managers with all aspects of project development and delivery
  • Lead all phases of work on smaller architecture projects with limited oversight from senior staff
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with internal team members to develop the project vision and prepare complete and accurate drawing sets
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to an unparalleled client experience
  • Play an active role in construction phase services with oversight from senior staff (e.g., RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, construction observation)
  • Produce work according to project timelines, workflows, and delivery strategies developed by senior staff
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in architecture (7+ preferred)
  • Licensed Architect with 1+ years of registration
  • Experience with daily technical and administrative functions associated with architecture projects (e.g., client interaction, consultant coordination, municipal reviews and correspondence)
  • Demonstrated success leading small projects with limited supervisory support
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and/or SketchUp, and related design visualization tools (e.g., D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite)
Nice to Have
  • Active involvement in professional and/or community organizations
  • Experience or interest in design innovation, visualization, or emerging technologies
