Job summary

Cooper Carry in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level Designer I to contribute to design and technical solutions under supervision. You will develop skills in hand-drawing, CAD, BIM, and rendering, while supporting documentation and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NAAB-accredited architectural program with Bachelor’s level degree.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, 3D modeling and rendering programs.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: A Designer I is an entry level architectural staff position. A Designer I is responsible to prepare design or technical solutions, under the supervision of an architect, that contribute to the overall project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Adhere to both Cooper Carry and Client development standards to meet project goals and deadlines.
