STUDIOS Architecture is seeking a motivated designer who believes in design’s impact on people’s lives. You thrive on collaborative exploration, teaching and learning with others, and managing multiple complex projects from schematic design through construction documentation.

A strong communicator and proactive problem-solver is essential. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design with 3–5 years in a design firm, preferably with Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of working in an architectural or interior design firm on large commercial projects, with experience through all phases from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation; Construction Administration a plus.
• Design and documentation using Revit is preferred.

Candidate description:

And finally, you have an interest in building performance, technology, and sustainability strategies in design and construction.

Your Experience and Skillset:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of working in an architectural or interior design firm on large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, cultural, or other complex projects. Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation. Construction Administration experience is a plus.
• Design and documentation using Revit is preferred.
