  • Navigate zoning and entitlement processes.

Qualifications & Growth

Your Role
  • Lead & Mentor: Guide junior designers; ensure quality work and team growth.
  • Own Projects: Manage multiple projects independently from design through CDs.
  • Deliver Design: Lead projects through entitlements, resolve issues, support production.
  • Client-Facing: Align goals, lead meetings, represent the firm with clients and agencies.
  • Code & Approvals: Navigate zoning, codes, and entitlement processes; attend city meetings and site visits.
  • Drive Innovation: Apply new tools, materials, and methods to improve design outcomes.
