Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking an Architectural and Design Representative to drive specifications for premium paint in the A&D community across East Bay and South Bay. You will develop strategic account plans, nurture high-value clients, and promote Benjamin Moore offerings to architects, designers, and specifiers, including white-glove scheduling support.

This role requires 3+ years in A&D, a proven sales record, and willingness to travel, with the base location in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working directly with the A&D segment
• High sales aptitude with a self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate Benjamin Moore brand value proposition to A&D community
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Must reside in the territory (East Bay/South Bay) or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve goals within the A&D segment in partnership with the Area Sales Manager
• Identify and prioritize key accounts among architectural and design firms to build high-value relationships
• Determine account optimization across sectors with focus on high-end residential projects
• Prospect and engage architects, designers, and specifiers to promote Benjamin Moore and secure paint schedules and specifications
• Qualify and manage leads, sourcing where needed, to drive high-end residential opportunities
