Job summary

KPF Content Coordinator in New York is seeking a recent graduate to support content production for photo and video assets, website updates, and print projects. This in-person role requires strong writing and organization while collaborating with the Marketing team.

You will coordinate shoots, assist with campaigns tied to milestones, and manage multimedia assets in OpenAsset, helping convey the firm's expansive design work to clients and the public.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications.
• Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or similar creative focus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content production for photo and video assets, including scheduling shoots and coordinating logistics.
• Support website content updates and social media asset creation.
• Help produce special print projects, including self-published books and the firm's semi-annual magazine.
• Support marketing campaigns tied to project milestones and firm-wide themes.
• Help maintain project stats and multimedia assets in OpenAsset.
• Coordinate with architects and designers to gather content, imagery, and project information.
