Job summary

Sierra Pacific Windows is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will need to live in that area.

You will drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, presenting to architects and firms, and writing specifications for Sierra Pacific Windows products. Travel is required and you will read construction drawings for accurate project details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and self‑start attitude
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Collaborative, positive attitude and team player
• Fenestration product knowledge is a plus
• Local architectural community relationships are beneficial
• Strong computer and mathematics skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with Architects, Architectural Firms and key accounts
• Conduct product and AIA accredited presentations for architectural and design communities
• Provide technical information and write specifications to increase sales
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events
• Travel is required
