o Job Time: Full Time

o Schedule: Monday to Friday

o Proficient in Revit – a Must.

o Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Office Suite.

o Rendering capability (not necessary but a plus).

o 3+ years of experience in the architectural field.

o Experience in developing Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.

o Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work with deadlines.

o Resourceful and a problem-solver.

o Must be a team player, willing to coordinate and/or cooperate with the entire team.

o Ability to multi-task, work independently and establish priorities.

o Clearly communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

o Support Project Managers in delivering and completing projects.

o Produce designs that meet the needs of the projects.

o Able to coordinate the drawings for building codes compliance.

o Able to coordinate the drawings to meet the company’s BIM standards.

o Coordinate all trades with the entire project team. (MEP, Structural, etc.)

o Perform quality assurance of the construction documents drafting process.

o Assist in Construction Administration RFIs, as needed.
