Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Architectural BIM/CADD Technician to join our Cities and Places team, delivering BIM-driven design and construction documentation from Boise, Idaho and Bellevue, WA. You will develop and maintain BIM models, prepare drawing packages, and support multi-disciplinary coordination to meet project goals.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects, applying Revit, ACC, and Navisworks to create coordinated, buildable solutions while upholding BEP

Qualifications

5+ years BIM modeling, drafting, and construction documentation experience in architectural/design environment.
Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design, and construction phases.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and ACC in multi-disciplinary workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models in line with project requirements and design intent.
Produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and drawing packages.
Prepare and revise drawing sets across schematic design to construction administration.
