Qualifications

Associates degree in Computer Drafting and Design or related on-the-job experience.
Experience in industrial building design and semiconductor/high-tech facilities.
5–10+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

Plans and conducts work requiring judgement and coordination in layout and design of spaces and systems.
Prepares deliverables for all project phases including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
Reviews specifications, coordinates designs with disciplines, and resolves conflicts.
Performs field survey of existing conditions and provides labor estimates for tasks.
Mentors junior staff and enforces project and client standards.
