We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Architectural BIM/CADD Technician (Project Delivery Focus) to join our Cities and Places team in Northwest geography based out of Boise, Idaho and Bellevue, WA. This role offers the opportunity to support multidisciplinary project teams by developing and maintaining BIM models, producing construction documentation, and assisting with project coordination efforts. Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and BIM leaders, you will help ensure accurate, coordinated, and high-quality project deliverables throughout all phases of design and delivery. You will play an important role in developing detailed BIM models and construction drawings with a primary focus on architectural systems while supporting coordination across multiple disciplines.
This position is a non-exempt, hourly paid opportunity. The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.

The base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 to $132,900.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
