Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building-related projects.
• Architecture degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Experience developing and coordinating architectural construction documents.
• Ability to translate sketches and verbal direction into technical drawings and BIM models.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards and coordinating with code consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural construction documents.
• Draft and maintain BIM models and drawings from design through construction.
• Coordinate BIM models and drawing sets with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply architectural standards and adapt details for project needs.
• Integrate codes and standards into documentation and models.
