Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect to own end-to-end architectural design for MFCS, IMCS, and RESA, translating business needs into scalable Oracle Retail solutions.

You will lead design, integration, and production support, mentor teams, and ensure standards in architecture, security, and performance across retail processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Retail MFCS/IMCS/RESA expertise.

• Experience leading functional and technical teams on Oracle Retail implementations.

• Typically 8-12+ years of Oracle Retail/retail technology experience.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect / Functional & Technical Lead with strong expertise in MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service), IMCS (Invoice Matching Cloud Service), and RESA (Retail Sale Audit).The role will own the end-to-end functional and technical architecture, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Retail solutions and leading design, integration, implementation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical solution design across MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
  
• Understand and design end-to-end retail processes covering merchandising, procurement, invoice matching, store operations, sales, inventory, and financial integration.
  
• Lead requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, solution design, and architecture decisions.
  
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP and financial systems.
  
• Define and review APIs, batch/file interfaces, data flows, integrations, and technical specifications.
