Job summary

NULogic is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect / Techno/Functional Lead to own end-to-end architecture for MFCS, IMCS, and RESA. Lead design, integration, and production support across retail processes including merchandising, procurement, and financial integration.

The role requires strong technical leadership, healthcare-free? No; strong collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring standards and scalable Oracle Retail solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Oracle Retail MFCS, IMCS & RESA experience.
• Deep understanding of retail processes: merchandising, store operations, inventory, finance.
• Experience with Oracle Retail integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across MFCS, IMCS, RESA.
• Translate requirements into scalable Oracle Retail solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP/financial systems.
• Define APIs, data flows, and technical specs; minimize customization.
• Mentor teams and ensure architecture, security, performance standards.
