Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect to own end-to-end functional and technical architecture for MFCS, IMCS, and RESA. You will translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Retail solutions and lead design, integration, and production support across multiple systems.

The role requires 8–12+ years of Oracle Retail experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering complex integrations in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
• Deep understanding of retail processes including merchandising, procurement, store operations, sales, inventory, and financial integration.
• Experience with Oracle Retail integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON, SQL/PLSQL, APEX and middleware/integration platforms.
• Proven ability to lead both functional and technical teams on Oracle Retail implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, solution design, and problem-solving skills.
• Typically 8–12+ years of Oracle Retail/retail technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical solution design across MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
• Design end-to-end retail processes covering merchandising, procurement, sales, and inventory.
• Oversee requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and architecture decisions.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP/financial systems.
• Define and review APIs, interfaces, data flows, and technical specs.
• Mentor teams and ensure adherence to architecture and security standards.
