You will collaborate closely with principals on high-profile assignments, guiding design development, documentation, and coordination with consultants to meet ambitious goals.

We are currently seeking exceptional applicants for the full-time position of Architect with 6-8 years of continuous post-graduate experience. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, leadership, real responsibility, and collaboration. You will be collaborating on high-profile projects with ambitious design goals. The successful candidate will be working closely with both principals while managing projects from initial conception through implementation.
Professional degree in Architecture
Solid construction document experience with a focus on architectural detailing
Technical intelligence with regard to building systems
Excellent leadership ability and high level written and verbal communication skills
Critically thoughtful, conceptually based, and process-oriented design ability
Desire to be involved and contribute to all aspects of a project in all phases
Collaborative yet self-directed; highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful
Experience across all project phases, including:
Project documentation
Agency approvals
NYC Landmarks, SHPO, Public Design Commission, and Building Codes
Drawing coordination with consultants and specification production
Construction Administration
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Software, and Rhino
BIM Project Management
Sustainable & Resilient project design
