Job summary

CRB, a leading engineering, architecture, construction and consulting firm, is seeking an Architectural Designer to contribute to design development and documentation on life sciences projects. Under supervision of the Architect of Record, you will develop 3D models, prepare drawings, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate, integrated deliverables.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of professional experience, an accredited architecture degree

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree preferred (B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch).
• Minimum three years of professional architecture experience.
• LEED/WELL credentials or similar sustainability credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate design models and construction documentation using Revit or other BIM software.
• Generate drawings from markups provided by Architectural staff.
• Perform drawing reviews to confirm compliance with CRB standards.
• Coordinate designs with Engineering and Construction personnel.
• Assist with field investigations and information gathering.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.
• Assist in development and generation of studies, presentations and reports.
