Candidates should have architectural registration in the US, a relevant degree, and 2+ years of experience, with travel as needed. Proficiency in Revit and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Architectural Registration in the US is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of architectural experience.
• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite required.
• Position may require domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects applying architectural knowledge.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and design documents in Revit.
• Plans and programs project layouts and coordinates engineering elements into unified designs.
• May direct and supervise in-house engineers during Conceptual to Detailed Design phases.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline design teams within M3.
• Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specs.
