Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers building foundational services, frameworks, and tools.
• Stay current with generative AI trends and help apply them effectively.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with enterprise teams to ensure integration of the platform.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical skills and careers.
• Ensure strong engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident response.
• Define and drive strategic plans and team performance for agentic AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with application teams to design reusable components (LLM orchestration, observability, etc.).
• Solve highly complex problems with long-term impacts.
