Are you a forward-thinking Architect or Lead Engineer with a passion for designing next-gen enterprise automation solutions? Do you have hands-on experience building intelligent assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Virtual Agents, and Chatbots?

Areti are partnering with another leading Microsoft Solutions provider to hire a key contributor for their growing digital experience team.

The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and leading the development of enterprise-grade Copilot, Virtual Agent, and Chatbot solutions that drive real business value. This is a fully remote contract opportunity within the U.S.

• Architect scalable, secure Copilot Studio solutions tailored for enterprise needs.
• Design, build, and optimize Virtual Agents and Chatbots across multiple business use cases.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Platform and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and UX teams to define conversational flows.
• Establish best practices and mentor junior developers in Copilot Studio architecture and development.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent and Chatbot development (Power Virtual Agents, Azure Bot Framework, etc.).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), conversation design, and AI integration.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and present to senior stakeholders.
• Based in the U.S. and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-600, AI-102, etc.) are highly desirable.
• 100% remote contract position.
• Work on cutting-edge Copilot and AI-enabled user experiences.
