Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers with archery equipment, perform bow setup, assembly, and accessory installation. You will provide safety guidance, answer technical questions, and demonstrate product features while maintaining pricing and display standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on tuning of archery gear, knowledge of safety practices, and helping customers choose products that meet their needs in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience with bow set up.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, prompt service.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and tune archery equipment to ensure safety and proper function.
• Install accessory items on bows and demonstrate products to customers.
• Answer technical questions to help customers understand operation and work performed.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity and proper inventory display.
