Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply in Lancaster, PA seeks an Academy Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance the Academy's offerings. You will work with the Academy Class Lead to develop a fun, engaging curriculum and represent the Academy at outreach events.

Responsibilities include developing new events, scheduling with managers, coordinating parties, leagues, seminars, and camps, promoting the Academy, leading classes, and maintaining event pages on the website with

Qualifications

USA Archery Level 3 Instructor certification is required or preferred.
Must bring enthusiasm, charisma and a positive attitude.
Experience teaching adults and children is expected.
Strong computer, organizational and time management skills are essential.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
Successful background screening is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new events and programs to attract customers to the Academy.
Schedule events with the Academy Assistant Manager and Academy Manager.
Assist in planning parties, events, leagues, seminars and summer camps.
Research and coordinate events with the community for the Academy to attend.
Promote the Academy during company events and create activities and marketing.
Lead Academy classes and maintain website event pages with imagery.
