Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply Inc. is seeking an Academy Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute engaging events that enhance the Academy's offerings. You will work with the Academy Class Lead to develop curriculum and create new programs, representing the Academy at outreach events.

The role requires leading classes, updating website event pages, ensuring safety, providing feedback, and promoting sales through additional classes and archery equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum USA Archery Level 3 Instructor certification, preferred.
• Enthusiastic, charismatic with a positive attitude.
• Experience teaching adults and children.
• Strong computer, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new events and programs to attract customers to the Academy.
• Schedule events with the Academy leadership and coordinating teams.
• Assist in scheduling parties, events, leagues, seminars and summer camps.
• Research and coordinate community events for the Academy to attend.
• Promote the Academy during company events with activities and outreach.
• Lead and instruct Academy classes.
• Maintain Academy website event pages with updated imagery and content.
• Provide complete class instructions on body alignment, shot execution, and corrections.
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere; motivate participants.
• Incorporate safety training into daily activities.
• Evaluate participants’ performance and give constructive feedback.
• Adapt to group or individual needs and communicate clearly.
• Assist curriculum development with outlines, visuals, and handouts.
• Promote sales through additional classes and related archery equipment.
