Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply is seeking an energetic Archery Coach/Instructor to lead instructional, hands-on classes for archers of all levels.

Responsibilities include teaching body alignment, shot execution, and delivering constructive feedback, while supporting events, clinics, and leagues. Weekend and evening availability is required; applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience teaching adults and children at introductory level.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Successful background screening and pre-employment drug screen.
• Medical, dental, and vision eligibility beginning the month after hire.

Responsibilities

• Teach instructional archery classes with hands-on guidance.
• Provide body alignment, shot execution, and corrections.
• Develop curriculum with outlines, visuals, and handouts.
• Support events including tournaments, demos, and leagues.
• Promote sales through additional classes and equipment to students.
