Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply is seeking an Academy Manager to lead our premier archery academy from beginners to elite athletes. You will design curricula, supervise coaches, and drive growth through partnerships and targeted marketing.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, program development, quality assurance, and collaboration with marketing to position the academy as a leader in archery education.

Qualifications

• Background in sports program management or recreation leadership.
• 2-4 years proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong organizational and program development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, particularly with marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for growing the sport of archery and developing athletes at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive archery curriculum for all skill levels.
• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, clinics, leagues, camps, and events.
• Oversee daily academy operations, including scheduling and facility use.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate academy coaches and staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
