Job summary

Esri’s Professional Services team seeks a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. You will design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise GIS systems, emphasizing high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes‑based deployments.

You’ll work across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments, performing performance analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture evolution as customer systems scale in complexity and criticality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Ability to troubleshoot server‑based systems and apply best‑practice system engineering methods.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advanced Professional Services engagements, including migrations, architecture modernization, and DR testing.
• Apply knowledge of databases, storage, networking, and authentication to ArcGIS deployments.
• Lead customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methods for ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Collaborate with Professional Services staff to resolve complex challenges and mentor junior team members.
