Job summary
Esri is hiring a Technical Consultant to design, deploy, migrate, and support ArcGIS Enterprise in large-scale environments. You will deliver advanced deployment patterns, assure architecture modernization, and guide customers through cloud, on‑premise, and containerized solutions.
Responsibilities include system engineering across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes, plus DR planning, performance analysis, and complex troubleshooting. A relocation program to Vienna, VA supports this role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Travel up to 25% may be required.
- U.S. citizenship with Active Top Secret clearance or within 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including migrations and architecture modernization.
- System challenge resolution and advanced troubleshooting.
- Disaster recovery protection and system recovery confidence exercises.
- Prove concepts for advanced ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and upgrades.
- Work with Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes deployments and related IT systems.
