Job summary
Esri in Redlands, CA is seeking a Technical Consultant for ArcGIS Enterprise system engineering, enabling high availability, DR, and Kubernetes deployments across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containers. You will design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise GIS at scale.
You will work with Professional Services to resolve complex challenges, communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, and guide customers through architecture evolutions while expanding expertise in ArcGIS technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and obtain TS clearance.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers, executives, and diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including enterprise migrations and architecture modernization.
- System challenge resolution, advanced troubleshooting, and disaster recovery testing.
- Lead customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methods at the ArcGIS Enterprise and IT intersection.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to resolve technical challenges and support skill development.
