Job summary

Esri`s Professional Services team seeks a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. You will design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise-scale GIS systems with emphasis on high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

You will work across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized deployments, performing performance analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture evolution while helping clients scale and secure their GIS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including migrations and architecture modernization.
• Apply knowledge of databases, storage, authentication, and networking in ArcGIS deployments.
• Lead customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methods.
• Collaborate with Professional Services staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
