Job summary

Esri’s Professional Services team seeks a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. You will design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise-scale GIS systems with HA, DR, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

You’ll work across Windows, Linux, cloud, and container deployments to optimize performance, security, and scalability. Travel up to 25% and TS clearance eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting server-based systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advanced Professional Services engagements including migrations and architecture modernization.
• Apply knowledge of databases, storage, authentication, and networking in ArcGIS deployments.
• Lead customers using repeatable system engineering methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical challenges and grow skills.
