Job summary

Esri’s Professional Services team is seeking aTechnical Consultant specializing in system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. You will design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise GIS deployments, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

You will work across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized environments to support performance, troubleshooting, and architectural evolution as customer systems grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting server-based systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers, executives, and various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advanced Professional Services engagements including migrations and architecture modernization.
• Apply knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL stores, object storage, SAN/NAS and data tier components.
• Lead customers using repeatable system engineering methods at the ArcGIS Enterprise and IT systems intersection.
• Collaborate with Professional Services staff to resolve challenges and mentor colleagues.
