Qualifications

• One year of technical computer experience or relevant training
• Can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues
• Work well with others and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean arcade games, monitor their performance, and make necessary repairs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist guests with problems or prize selection in the redemption area
• Update the Attractions Manager about the status of each game
• Support other tech projects and contribute to the arcade's overall upkeep
• Ensure every game is ready for fun and operating smoothly
