Job summary

FatCats in Michigan seeks an Arcade Technician/Pin Chaser to keep our arcade games in top shape, diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and handle game repairs. You’ll be a go-to for troubleshooting and guest assistance in a vibrant, busy environment.

Work nights and weekends with a hands-on, team-driven approach. Prior technical/computer experience and a proactive, safety-minded mindset are highly valued for keeping games running smoothly for guests.

Qualifications

• One year of technical computer experience or relevant training.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software and hardware issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean arcade games; monitor performance and perform repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues; assist guests with problems and prize selections.
• Update Attractions Manager on game status and progress of repairs.
• Support other tech projects and overall upkeep of the arcade.
• Assist with repairs, maintenance and other essential tasks in the workshop.
